This way, you avoid any additional fees. This also applies to items purchased on verified Sephora third-party marketplaces, including Instagram, Google, YouTube and Facebook.

If you want to return by mail, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Note that shipping fees do not apply to refunds unless the reason for the return is based on Sephora error. For example, if the wrong item was sent to you, you will most likely be refunded the full amount including shipping.

This return may take up to 30 days to process for mail-in returns, and you will receive an email once the return has been issued.

Another thing to keep in mind is that if you paid with After pay or Klarna and are looking for your refund, it will be issued to your account linked to the pay-over-time service you used.
